我們的酸梅湯非常有名,在台南市場上,有23個年頭,進入二十四年。

Our sour plum soup is very famous in traditional markets in Tainan. It has been 23 years since we started our business. We’re now stepping into the 24th year.

我們的酸梅湯,原自於祖傳的配方,完全由手工、根據古法熬製而成,沒有添加任何的香料、香精及防腐劑,百分百使用冰糖熬煮。是目前市面上,可以說是最純的一支,酸梅湯。

Our sour plum soup follows a traditional family recipe. It’s completely handmade and free of artificial additives. The soup is flavored with crystal sugar only, and it can be said to be the purest sour plum soup available.

我們賣的餐點有麻辣有咖哩,XO干貝醬所煮出來的抄手、炒麵、燴飯、拌飯、鍋燒、水餃以及麻辣鴨血、麻辣滷豆腐。

We sell dishes with spicy or curry flavor, or dishes cooked with XO scallop sauce, such as, spicy wontons, fried noodles, risotto, stirred rice, pot noodles, dumplings, as well as spicy duck blood and spicy braised tofu.

另外給顧客解饞的麻辣燙有分三寶、四寶、五寶。三寶裡面有滷鴨血、滷豆腐、港式魚蛋,四寶再多一樣豬肉片,五寶再多加一樣花枝。

As for spicy braised dishes, we offer three-in-one, four-in-one, and five-in-one dishes. For three-in-one dish, there are braised duck blood, braised tofu, and Hong Kong fish balls. Four-in-one dish has the same components, with a serving of pork. Five-in-one dish has another extra serving of cuttlefish.
